# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It requires zero cooking skills and comes together faster than you can say cheers.
  • The contrast between icy sorbet and the gentle fizz of sparkling water feels luxurious without any pretension.
  • One sip and you'll understand why Italians have been perfecting the art of refreshment for centuries.
02 -
  • Warm glasses will melt your sorbet faster than you can say oops, so this freezer step isn't optional even if it feels like it.
  • The order of assembly matters more than you'd expect, because pouring sparkling water first means you'll be fighting fizz instead of creating layers.
03 -
  • Buy the best sorbet you can find, because three simple ingredients means each one gets noticed and judged accordingly.
  • Freeze your limoncello bottle upright in the coldest part of your freezer so it's always ready when inspiration strikes.
