# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • If you’re looking for a festive drink with a subtle kick that everyone at the table can enjoy, this will be your go-to.
  • It turns ordinary ingredients into a pitcher of fun that disappears faster than you think.
02 -
  • Don’t underestimate the jalapeño—once, I dumped in a whole one and made a margarita to remember (for all the wrong reasons).
  • Straining the blended mix for guests who don’t love pulp made it infinitely more crowd-pleasing.
03 -
  • Always taste your watermelon before blending—if it’s lackluster, a pinch of salt heightens the flavor.
  • A splash of club soda creates surprising lightness and stretch for a crowd—just top each glass before serving.
